So I was perusing some online friends’ blogs this morning & followed a link to a short personality quiz. It’s a very short version of a Myers-Briggs, but still fun anyway. Mine came back the same as always, so no surprises. It describes a bit of me rather well. ;)
You Are An INTP |
![]() The Thinker You are analytical and logical – and on a quest to learn everything you can. Smart and complex, you always love a new intellectual challenge. Your biggest pet peeve is people who slow you down with trivial chit chat. A quiet maverick, you tend to ignore rules and authority whenever you feel like it. In love, you are an easy person to fall for. But not an easy person to stay in love with. Although you are quite flexible, you often come off as aloof or argumentative. At work, you are both a logical and creative thinker. You are great at solving problems. You would make an excellent mathematician, programmer, or professor. How you see yourself: Creative, fair, and tough-minded. When other people don’t get you, they see you as: arrogant, cold, and robotic. |
Thanks Purly Girl, that was fun! :)
I’m making solid progress on the new pattern, despite being completely exhausted yesterday. I’d really love to have it done this weekend, but that’s up in the air for now, as I really have to work a good deal over the weekend (as in the real paying job!). I still have hopes of making it across the Bay to have a visit with the knitting group across the way tomorrow, but we shall see…
Today I plan/hope to drag the youngest up to the park for another run. My shins finally stopped feeling stiff & sore, so I think a solid 2 miles are in order. I suppose suddenly jumping to 15 miles for the week was just too much too soon. *sigh* How very irksome!!! <grrrrr>
Oh, pictures of Attila… here we go…

This was the closest I could the two of them in one shot!

Attila by himself

Yes, the lawn had been mowed about 4 days before this picture! Damn daily summer rains, anyway.
So, I’m off to knit, run & program… LOL!
He’s a cute little dog, but somewhat mis-named. Your Great Dane could use that name. Do they get along well?
We had a black Great Dane once. He was a lover boy. His name was Sinbad. 35 inches at the shoulder, when he looked up and I looked down our noses touched.
Thanks for your comments on my blog.

Hey Marion – Attila was just here for a week, we were dog sitting for my sister. His full name is “Attila the Hon”. His older brother was named “Conan the Pomeranian”. I always did get a kick out of their names. But, to answer your question – they got along great during the visit! :) Leonardo is used to little dogs – the alpha in the house is my Li’l Missy, who is a little rat terrier mix weighing in around 9lbs.
Thanks Kelly! :D It’s hard to imagine thinking that a dog that seriously outweighs you & is MUCH taller than you can be “cute”, but he IS. he he he
